You can cut this variable cut along the curve using lofted cut feature tool. First you need two set of sketch start profile, end profile and guiding curve.
Click Features>Lofted Cutselect both start and end profile as it profiles, click curve sketch as guiding curve and OK.
There you go..simple right?..
Did you see the 90 degree fillet at corner? How to fix this?
Click Fillet features and Edit Features
Open up Fillet Options and check Round corners box and OK.

I surf around and found you can print all this icon and stick to your keyboard.. simple right..

Here is a quick tip how you can change counterbore screw hole to counter sunk hole specification without deleting it’s feature. First you have the part and hole on it and part tree browser as below;
Next right click to Hole Specification feature and click Edit Feature
